About Sound Healing

Sound healing is an ancient practice that’s been used by many different cultures and religion. Think about how far back music goes!

What to expect during a sound healing session.

I typically ask you to lay down on your back on your yoga mat. This is your practice so please sit, stand, or lay down however you like. There is no right or wrong way. During your experience I will provide a worded meditation that leads into me playing various instruments. You will experience the sound as you focus on your breath and let your stress release from you mind and body.

After a sound healing session

Expect to feel light, relaxed, and “floaty”.

I recommend spending a few minutes walking, eating a snack, or inviting gentle movements to wake yourself up and reground. I am always available with my medicine drum if you’d like some light drumming to help you ground.
